I was born in Modena on October 23rd, 1990. I had a problem of not provided assistance at birth. I had an asphyxiation which affected my phisical integrity. The doctor was absent for no reason at my birth. I had a brain damage followed by spastic tetraparesis. I spent a long time at the neonatal unit, after being released I went in rehab. Two years later, more or less, the trial of the USL in Modena was started to ascertain responsibilities. My handicap prevents me from walking and speaking fluently, that is why I need someone who knows me to communicate with others.
